Donation Refund Policy

Once a donation is received, it may be refunded only if a refund request is submitted within 1 hour of the donation being made. Requests made after the 1-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

This policy exists because donations are manually transferred to individuals and families in urgent need shortly after receipt. Once the funds are disbursed, they cannot be retrieved.
