Once a donation is received, it may be refunded only if a refund request is submitted within 1 hour of the donation being made. Requests made after the 1-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Why the 1-hour window exists
This policy exists because donations are manually transferred to individuals and families in urgent need shortly after receipt. Once the funds are disbursed, they cannot be retrieved.

Eligible refund requests submitted within the allowed 1-hour window will be reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
